Sad news: Dangerous Dave has Passed Away suddenly.

Dave came on here a few times to get a bit of helpful guidance for the old Falcons he helped save from being crushed.

He was a petrolhead at heart, all be it one for Ford.

Dave passed away yesterday Friday 02 June (morning). His great big good heart which he'd had bypass surgery for hours earlier just could not take any more. His obituary will be in the Christchurch Press and Nelson Mail Saturday.

Dave was wellknown on the MB2 website, an offshoot of the Trade Me messageboard.

I know i will miss him. He alone helped me no longer fear the commitment to pay out 10s of 1000s of $ and go out and buy my ultimate 50th birthday present, the SSV-V8 ute (in my avatar). Dave's words, you only live once and not for long....
