Goodwood Revival.....
Off to the UK for a few days in a few days and just able to catch the Friday practice at the Goodwood Revival race meeting - probably the best classic race meeting in the world, before heading back to Christchurch (UK) for my favourite band concert, then the following day, up north for a school reunion. (Fifty years since it opened and we were the first pupils.) What a great weekend.
Time to also pull in the Gaydon Heritage museum and yet another visit to the Donington racing car museum and maybe even a first visit to the Crich tramway museum...

RE: Goodwood Revival.....
Hey Socram, any snaps from over there yet? Saw a couple of Donington cars in Wellington last week, looked bloody awful with their stickers on them!

RE: Goodwood Revival.....
I took over 400 decent ones at Goodwood and 160 at Donington museum. Somehow or other, the Donington ones have totally disappeared from the laptop. I'll load some onto a web page when I get time.
I forked out for a picture recovery programme and still can't find them, either on the laptop (20,000 pics recovered...) or on the flash card... Grrrrr! Hours and hours wasted so far.
Local photographic shop proprietor says he might be able to rescue them from the flash card, but a 2Gb card will take all day!!!!
Goodwood Revival has to be on everyone's bucket list.
