ok kiddies, mate wants to buy a jetboat - what am i lookin at? most of the clunkers in his price bracket (way under 10k, more like $4000) are all V6 ford powered fiberglass hulks?

wanted an alloy one, motor who cares cos im gonna repower it anyway for him

dont know much about jets but have had my boat for 6 years and one thing i do know is cheap = problems but if your going to repower it thats fine your mate could call the alloy boat manufacturers they may know of one of their hulls thats currently forsale without a motor or with a stuffed motor, when i bought mine lazercraft in dunedin were selling a new jet hull and alloy trailor for around $10 that was on behalf of whoever they built it for
